The second is the ultra thin, ultra absorbent layer, locking in the moisture. Next is the waterproof later, ensuring everything that should stay in the panties - does! These classic black panties also have an extra waterproof barrier around the perimeter to provide extra support against leaks. Finally, the no VPL black fabric, making you look and feel seamless.

Sizings

Regular UK sizings apply. Please choose the same size pair as you would other clothes.

If you’re unsure on sizings, and think you may be between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size. Typically we want to be comfortable when we’re on our period!

Absorbency

These Classic Black No VPL Bloomers will hold up to 3 tampons of fluid (15ml). They have extra waterproof lining around the perimeter to ensure no leaks. These are great for daily activities including work, the gym and partying (no VPL is ideal for a LBD or gym tights!). Alternatively they’ll be just as comfortable to sleep in.

You know your period better than anyone. How heavy are you typically on what days / nights of your cycle, and how often do you need to change a pad / tampon? This will determine how these work for you. Maybe you usually sleep in a pad? Great, these can replace the pad! Maybe you hate wearing a tampon at the gym but exercise triggers flow? Great, replace your tampon with these at the gym!

We know change can be daunting, but try not to overcomplicate it. If in doubt, trial your usage at home with one pair to figure them out before you wear them out and about. And until you’re comfortable, take emergency disposables just in case.
