The second layer is the ultra thin, ultra absorbent layer, locking in the moisture. Next is the waterproof later, ensuring everything that should stay in the panties - does! Regular UK sizings apply. Please choose the same size pair as you would other clothes. 

If you’re unsure on sizings, and think you may be between sizes, we recommend going for the larger size. Typically we want to be comfortable when we’re on our period!

Absorbency

These Leopard Lace Bloomers will hold up to 3 tampons of fluid (15ml). These are especially great for day to day activities on your period when you don't want to feel like you should have to wear old knickers and disposables and want to continue feeling gorgeous and sexy whilst making a more sustainable choice. They'll also be great to sleep in.  

You know your period better than anyone. How heavy are you typically on what days / nights of your cycle, and how often do you need to change a pad / tampon? This will determine how these work for you. Maybe you usually sleep in a pad? Great, these can replace the pad! Maybe you don't like having to change tampons twice a day at work / in the office? Great, these will hold in 3 tampons worth of fluid lasting the day.  

We know change can be daunting, but try not to overcomplicate it. If in doubt, trial your usage at home with one pair to figure them out before you wear them out and about. And until you’re comfortable, take emergency disposables just in case.
